After over 20 days of sample testing, cost calculation, and design refinement, a customized solution integrating “material design function” was finally.
After comparing various materials such as aluminum foil bags, kraft paper bags, and vacuum bags, we ultimately selected PET/AL/PE multi-layer composite film as the primary material to create a “three-dimensional protective barrier”:Scratch-resistant and wear-resistant characteristics, preservation, and barrier against oxygen, moisture, and light, solving problems such as oxidation, dampness, fading, andair leakage.
Taking into account consumers’ desire to “see the product before buying,” we avoided a fully opaque design and instead struck a clever balance: full coverage with parial windows, balancing preservation and display.
For the visual design of the packaging, we adhered to the principle of “minimalist yet memorable,” centering around the three keyw: “Grassland,” “Nature,” and “Authentic.”
The primary color scheme features Sky Blue and Earth Gold; blue represents the vast sky of Inner Mongolia, while gold symbolizes thelight on the grassland. This combination is both fresh and sophisticated.
