1. Define the food characteristics requirements
Before selecting packaging materials, the physical and chemical characteristics of the food must be analyzed:
Moisture resistance requirements: Puffed food, biscuits, etc., need to block moisture, and BOPP/LLDPE composite material is recommended
il resistance requirements: Fried food, sauces need to prevent oil permeation, BOPP/VMCPP or PET/CPP is more suitable
High temperature: Steamed food needs to withstand 121℃ high temperature, and PET/CPP or aluminum foil composite material can be selected
Freshness requirements Fresh food needs to balance breathability and water retention, and PA/PE composite film is the preferred choice.

3. Composite material combination scheme
Puffed food: BOP/VMCPP combination, taking into account stiffness and barrier properties

High temperature steaming: PET/AL/CPP three-layer structure, resistant to 121℃ sterilization
4. Customization precautions
Priority should be given to contact materials that meet the GB 4806.7-2016 standard
It is recommended to use general composite film (such as BOPP/PE to reduce costs for small batch customization
Specific parameters are required: thickness (usually 80-150μm), heat sealing temperature, number of printing colors etc.
